Getting Started

To create an account on Finderly:

  1. Go to the Sign In / Register page
  2. Choose whether you are signing up as a Business or Customer
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. Or sign up quickly using Google
  5. After signing up, you’ll be guided to choose your listing plan (if registering as a business)

Creating an account is free and only takes a minute.

After creating your account:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click Complete Profile
  3. Add your business details such as:
  • Business name
  • Description
  • Contact information
  • Location or service area
  • Categories and specializations
  1. Upload photos that represent your services or work
  2. Save your changes

A complete profile helps customers trust your business and increases visibility in search results.

During registration or from your dashboard:

  1. Go to Choose Your Listing
  2. Select a plan that fits your needs:
  • Free
  • Premium
  • Corporate
  1. Compare features such as visibility, number of categories, and contact options
  2. Select your plan and continue to checkout (if paid plan)

You can upgrade your plan anytime.

To improve your chances of being found, add:

  • Business name
  • Clear description of your services
  • Phone number or contact method
  • Service location or coverage area
  • Categories that match your business
  • Specializations (example: bridal makeup, brake repair, tax consulting)
  • Pricing range (optional but helpful)
  • Business hours
  • Photos of your work
  • Social media or website links (optional)

The more complete your profile is, the easier it is for customers to choose you.

Customers find businesses on Finderly by searching using keywords, just like they would on Google.

Examples of searches:

  • “nail tech near me”
  • “photographer under $800”
  • “electrician available today”
  • “makeup artist for wedding”

Your business appears in results based on:

  • Your categories
  • Specializations
  • Keywords in your profile
  • Your listing plan level
  • Profile completeness

Listings & Plans

Finderly offers three listing levels depending on how much visibility and flexibility your business needs.

Free

  • Basic listing
  • Up to 1 categories
  • Up to 3 specializations
  • Limited photos
  • Standard search ranking
  • Phone contact option

Premium

  • Higher visibility in search results
  • Up to 3 categories
  • Up to 15 specializations
  • More photos per category
  • Phone + WhatsApp contact options
  • Ideal for growing businesses

Corporate

  • Highest visibility and priority placement
  • Up to 6 categories
  • Up to 30 specializations
  • Maximum photo uploads
  • Phone + WhatsApp + email contact options
  • Ability to add multiple business locations
  • Best for established businesses or companies

Each plan increases how easily customers can discover and contact your business.

To upgrade your listing:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard
  2. Go to the Plan or Upgrade Listing section
  3. Select the plan you want (Premium or Corporate)
  4. Continue to checkout
  5. Your listing features will update automatically after payment

Upgrading can improve your ranking and allow more profile features.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your Dashboard.

If you downgrade:

  • Some features may become limited
  • Extra photos or categories above the limit may no longer be displayed
  • Your search ranking may change

Your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Photos help customers understand your work and increase trust.

Photo limits per category:

  • Free: up to 6 photos per category
  • Premium: up to 18 photos per category
  • Corporate: up to 36 photos per category

You can organize photos by service type (example: bridal makeup, kitchen renovation, car detailing).

Listings are ranked based on relevance and plan level.

Ranking factors include:

  • Keywords in your profile
  • Categories selected
  • Specializations added
  • Profile completeness
  • Listing plan level
  • Activity and updates

Plan ranking priority:

  1. Corporate listings appear highest
  2. Premium listings appear next
  3. Free listings appear after

Finderly focuses on matching businesses with customers who are actively searching for their services.

Marketplace

To post an item on the Finderly Marketplace:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Dashboard
  3. Select Marketplace
  4. Click Post Item
  5. Add details about your item:
  • Title
  • Description
  • Price
  • Category
  • Photos
  1. Publish your listing

Your item will then appear in marketplace search results where customers can find it.

Users receive a limited number of free marketplace listings each month.

This allows you to:

  • Test the marketplace
  • Sell a few items without paying
  • See how customers respond

Free listing limits may vary depending on promotions or account activity.

If you want to post more items than the free limit allows:

  1. Choose Post Item
  2. If your free listings are used, you will see an option to purchase additional listings
  3. Complete checkout
  4. Your extra listing will be activated immediately

Paid listings allow you to continue posting without waiting for the monthly reset.

Listings may show as pending if they are being reviewed.

This helps keep the marketplace safe and high quality.

A listing may be pending if:

  • It is newly submitted
  • It contains restricted content
  • Details need review
  • Photos are still processing
  • The system is verifying the listing

Most listings are approved quickly.

Photos help buyers understand what you are selling.

You can upload multiple photos to:

  • Show different angles
  • Highlight details
  • Increase buyer confidence

Clear, well-lit photos improve your chances of selling faster.

The following are not permitted:

To edit:

  1. Illegal products or services
  2. Counterfeit goods
  3. Weapons or explosives
  4. Drugs or controlled substances
  5. Adult content where prohibited
  6. Hazardous or unsafe products

Fyndrli may remove listings that violate policies.

Jobs

To post a job request on Fyndrli:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Dashboard
  3. Select Jobs
  4. Click Post a Job
  5. Add details about what you need:
  • Job title
  • Description of the work
  • Budget (optional)
  • Location or service area
  • Deadline or preferred date
  1. Publish your job post

Your request will be visible to businesses that offer that service.

Example:

  • “Need someone to install a ceiling fan today”
  • “Looking for a photographer for an event”
  • “Need a plumber to fix a leak”

Users may receive a limited number of free job posts within a certain time period.

This allows you to:

  • Test the platform
  • Connect with businesses
  • Receive quotes

Free job post limits may vary depending on promotions or account activity.

Businesses can browse job requests and submit applications.

When applying, businesses may include:

  • A message or introduction
  • Price estimate or quote
  • Availability
  • Relevant experience
  • Portfolio or examples of past work

You will be notified when businesses apply so you can review and choose who to work with.

Yes. You can update or remove a job post at any time.

To edit or delete:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Select Jobs
  3. Find your job post
  4. Click Edit to make changes or Delete to remove it
  5. Or reach out to support for assistance

Keeping your job details accurate helps businesses understand exactly what you need.

Billing & Payments

Fyndrli offers subscription plans for businesses that want more visibility and features.

When you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • You are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose
  • Your listing receives additional features based on your plan level
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
  • You can upgrade your plan at any time from your Dashboard

Your plan remains active for the full billing period after payment.

Yes. Fyndrli supports PayPal for payments.

PayPal allows you to:

  • Pay using your PayPal balance
  • Pay using a debit or credit card through PayPal
  • Manage automatic subscription payments securely

Additional payment methods may be available depending on your location.

Some features such as additional marketplace listings, ads, or promotional placements may require a one-time payment.

To purchase extra listings:

  1. Choose the feature you want to add
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Complete payment
  4. The feature will activate automatically

These payments are separate from your subscription plan.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard
  2. Go to the Plan section
  3. Select Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation

Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.

If a payment cannot be processed:

  • Your subscription may be temporarily paused
  • Certain premium features may become unavailable
  • You may be notified to update your payment method

Updating your payment information will restore your plan features.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

Because your listing features activate immediately, refunds are typically not issued for time already used.
